Course description
If you work (or are looking for work) in a restaurant, cafe or a bar, and want to learn the common English terms and expressions that are used in such places, this course is for you! The English for Restaurant and Bar Staff will help you speak better English and use the correct vocabulary. It will also help you develop your skills in the situation most needed for successful communication: greeting customers, taking orders, giving and responding to instructions, small talk, dealing with issues etc. This course will also cover general Grammar, Speaking and Listening skills and Reading comprehension.
